At Yufei, we have been deeply involved in the heavy transport equipment field for many years, and we fully understand the transportation characteristics and safety requirements of trailers and related heavy equipment. To ensure that every product (including standard trailers, customized transport equipment, and related components) is delivered safely and efficiently to our customers, we collaborate with professional carriers possessing heavy cargo transportation qualifications to build a transportation service system covering both domestic and international markets, providing our domestic and international customers with customized transportation solutions tailored to heavy equipment.
I. Domestic Transportation
For customers in mainland China, we will select carriers with the appropriate heavy transport qualifications and equipped with professional securing and protective equipment, based on the product type (such as low-bed trailers, powder tankers, hazardous materials transport vehicles, etc.), specifications, and transportation conditions in the customer’s location, to ensure the safety of the equipment during transportation.
Domestic transportation costs: Cost calculation is based on the principle of “precise matching and charging based on actual costs,” and mainly depends on the following factors: product weight (including packaging), dimensions (especially for oversized, extra-high, and extra-long customized trailers), transportation distance, difficulty of the transportation route (such as mountainous areas, mining areas, and other special scenarios), and whether special protective measures are required (such as rain protection, anti-slip measures, and anti-vibration reinforcement). For customers purchasing in bulk, we will provide a tiered shipping discount program.

II. International Transportation
For international customers, we will collaborate with professional logistics partners familiar with international heavy equipment transportation regulations. Based on product characteristics (such as whether hazardous materials transportation qualifications are required, or whether the equipment is oversized) and the logistics policies of the customer’s country/region, we will develop multimodal transportation solutions such as “sea freight + land transport” and “air freight + land transport,” covering major overseas markets in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa.
International Transportation Costs: Costs will be calculated based on product weight, volume, transportation method (sea freight full container/less than container load, air freight, land transport), destination port/airport, and the costs of specialized services such as reinforcement, strapping, and customs clearance. The final cost will be subject to the transportation quotation confirmed by both parties.

Customs Duties and Related Fees: Yufeng is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees, or other administrative fees levied by the destination country/region. Customers must understand local customs policies in advance and bear these costs themselves; if needed, we can assist in contacting local customs agents, but the related service fees will be borne by the customer.
III. Transportation Guarantee and Liability Statement
Packaging Guarantee: All trailers and equipment will be packaged using customized packaging materials, including “special fixing brackets + waterproof wrapping film + wear-resistant protective sleeves,” before leaving the factory to prevent damage caused by bumps and collisions during transportation;
Full Tracking: After the goods are dispatched, we will provide the customer with the carrier’s tracking number and inquiry method. Dedicated customer service personnel will track the transportation progress in real time and promptly report any abnormal situations;
Liability Definition: If the goods are damaged or lost due to the responsibility of the carrier we selected, after verification by both parties and confirmation by a third-party inspection, we will assist the customer in pursuing liability and negotiating compensation with the carrier; we will not bear primary responsibility for transportation problems caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, or sudden policy changes) or incorrect destination information provided by the customer.
