Yufei always adheres to the principles of “compliance and contract fulfillment, and customer first,” providing you with high-quality trailer products and customized services. Given the characteristics of trailer products—namely, their large size, customization requirements, and long production cycles—and to clarify the rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, this refund policy has been formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China and the Consumer Rights Protection Law. This policy applies to refund applications and processing for orders of Yufei’s standard trailers, customized trailers, and related supporting services.

I. Scope of Application for Refunds

This policy applies only to valid orders placed through official Yufei channels (official website, authorized dealers, and offline experience centers), and covers the following scenarios:

Standard trailer orders: Refunds will be issued if the product needs to be returned due to quality issues (confirmed by professional testing) after delivery;

Customized trailer orders: Refunds will be issued if the customer cancels the order before production begins, or if Yufeng is unable to fulfill the contract due to reasons attributable to Yufeng during the production process;

Service orders: Refunds will be issued for customized design plans, after-sales service packages, etc., if the services have not actually been provided;

Other circumstances where refunds are required by law or explicitly stipulated in the contract.

II. Refund Application Conditions

(I) Refund Conditions for Standard Trailers

The application must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery and acceptance. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted;

The product must have fundamental quality defects (such as frame structure cracking, core component failure, etc.). Valid supporting documents such as inspection reports approved by Yufei, on-site photos/videos must be provided;

The vehicle must remain in its original factory condition, without any modifications, collision damage, or signs of use. All accompanying documents (certificate of conformity, instruction manual, warranty card, etc.) and original factory parts must be complete;

The product problem must not be caused by improper use, poor maintenance, or force majeure by the customer.

(II) Refund Conditions for Customized Trailers

For orders where production has not yet started: The request must be submitted within 3 working days before the production scheduling notification is issued, and the confirmed customization plan must not have incurred actual costs such as raw material procurement or mold manufacturing;

For orders where production has already started: Partial refunds are only available if the contract cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to Yufei (e.g., technical feasibility issues, raw material shortages, etc.); if the cancellation is due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the actual costs incurred for raw material procurement, processing, etc.;

After delivery: If the product does not meet the quality standards or technical parameters specified in the customization contract, or fails to pass relevant national inspections for vehicle registration, a report from a third-party testing agency and a copy of the contract must be provided as evidence.

(III) Refund Conditions for Service Orders

Customized Design Services: A full refund can be requested if design drawings and plan documents have not been delivered; if they have been delivered but not yet finally confirmed, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting 30% of the design cost.

After-Sales Service Package: A full refund is available if no service items have been utilized; if some services have been utilized, the corresponding fees will be deducted based on the actual number of services and unit price before the refund is processed.

III. Refund Processing Procedure

Submission of Application: Customers submit refund applications via Yufei’s official refund email ([email protected]), specifying the order number, customer name, contact information, reason for refund, and relevant supporting documents (test reports, contracts, photos, etc.);

Review and Confirmation: Yufei’s after-sales specialist will complete the document review within 3 working days and provide feedback on the review results via phone or email. If the documents are incomplete, the required supplementary information will be clearly stated;

Product Return (applicable to physical product orders): After the review is approved, the customer must return the product to Yufei’s designated factory within 7 calendar days. The transportation method is chosen by the customer, and the shipping costs will be handled according to Article 4 of this policy;

Acceptance and Evaluation: Yufei’s quality inspection team will complete a comprehensive inspection within 5 working days after receiving the returned product, generate a “Return Acceptance Report,” and provide it to the customer;

Refund Calculation: Based on the acceptance results and contract terms, the final refund amount will be calculated. Customized orders require an attached cost calculation sheet;

Fund Transfer: Within 10 working days after confirmation of the calculation, the funds will be returned via the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on the processing time of the bank or payment platform.

IV. Cost Responsibility and Refund Standards

(I) Shipping Cost Responsibility

Yufei responsibility: For returns due to product quality issues or performance failures, Yufei will bear all round-trip shipping costs;

Customer’s Responsibility: For returns due to personal reasons of the customer (such as changes in requirements, budget adjustments, etc.), the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs;

Force Majeure: For returns due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or policy changes, both parties shall bear 50% of the shipping costs.

(II) Refund Standards

Full Refund: Applicable to standard trailer models meeting the full refund conditions, customized orders where production has not started, and service orders where services have not been rendered;

Partial Refund: For customized orders where actual costs have been incurred, and service orders where services have been partially rendered, the refund will be processed after deducting the corresponding fees as stipulated in Article 2 of this policy;

No Refund: Applicable to products damaged due to improper use by the customer, customized products without quality issues but only subjective dissatisfaction from the customer, service orders where services have been fully rendered, and applications submitted beyond the specified time limit.

(III) Penalty Clause

Yufei Overdue Refund Policy: If Yufei fails to process the refund within the agreed timeframe, a daily late fee of 0.05% of the refund amount will be charged; if the delay exceeds 15 days, the customer has the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

Customer’s Overdue Return of Product: If the customer fails to return the product within the agreed time, a penalty of 1% of the order amount will be charged for each day of delay; if the delay exceeds 10 days, the customer will be deemed to have forfeited the refund application.

V. Circumstances Under Which Refunds Will Not Be Granted

For standard trailers, if the return request is submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date, or if the product has been modified, damaged, or has missing parts that affect its resale value;

For customized trailers, if product issues arise due to incorrect technical parameters provided by the customer, changes in requirements, or if the customer cancels an order that has already entered production without a valid reason;

Damage to the product after delivery due to improper use or poor maintenance by the customer, or product malfunction caused by force majeure;

If the customer falsifies supporting documents, maliciously applies for a refund, or uses the refund policy to obtain undue benefits;

For orders where a VAT invoice has already been issued, if the customer fails to cooperate in completing the credit note process;

Other circumstances that do not comply with the provisions of this policy.

VI. Dispute Resolution and Supplementary Provisions

Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes between the parties regarding refund matters, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People’s Court in Yufei’s location or submit the dispute to the arbitration institution agreed upon in the contract;

Policy Effectiveness: This policy shall take effect from the date of its issuance. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the order contract signed by both parties;

Policy Revision: Yufei reserves the right to adjust this policy based on changes in laws and regulations and business development needs. Revisions will be published on the official website and will take effect 7 days after publication;
