Given the characteristics of trailer products\u2014namely, their large size, customization requirements, and long production cycles\u2014and to clarify the rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, this refund policy has been formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the <em>Civil Code of the People&#8217;s Republic of China<\/em> and the <em>Consumer Rights Protection Law<\/em>. This policy applies to refund applications and processing for orders of Yufei&#8217;s standard trailers, customized trailers, and related supporting services.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-99d9539\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-99d9539\">I.
