Shandong Yufei leverages the advantages of the Liangshan special vehicle industry cluster to build an “intelligent, large-scale, and flexible” production system. Its 300-acre production base is equipped with 8 standardized factory buildings and 8 professional production lines, enabling full-process control from raw material processing to final assembly and testing.

Initial founding period
Founded in Liangshan 2008, Yufei made general semi-trailers via industrial advantages, built basic QC system. It expanded regional market with high cost-effectiveness, tested African market, accumulating resources.
Period of in-depth technological development
Launched full-product strategy, covering multiple fields, solving over-limit issues. Built 120-person R&D team & provincial center, investment over 5.2% of revenue. By 2020, products covered China, exported abroad, with 40+ patents.
Scaling-up phase
Upgraded 300-mu intelligent base, introduced automation, annual capacity 6,000 units (70% special vehicles). Added 46 patents 2020-2024, won national “SMEs” title and industry award in 2024.
